Why Tech?

Hey there, I’m Xavier, the tech enthusiast behind XavierJ!

Welcome to my little corner of the digital world, where we dive into all things tech – from unraveling the mysteries of gadgets to troubleshooting IT tech hiccups. My goal is to be your go-to source for tech insights, tips, and reviews that make your tech journey a breeze.

Now why technology? Ever since I was a kid I’ve lived and breathed technology. From building PC’s as a kid, to playing video games on my first ever console; the DS lite (reminiscent right? haha), to now working in the information technology industry and playing around with all sorts of cool tech. My journey began with a curiosity to understand how things work, and it has now evolved into a deep passion for sharing my knowledge and experiences with fellow tech enthusiasts like you.

I understand that IT be very overwhelming. Like how are you as a beginner going to set up servers, firewalls, provide excellent end user support and more with no experience? I was in this spot. I found the lack of resources online dire, and when I did find something useful, most of the time they would just end up leaving gaps in my knowledge. And in my first Service Desk position the training opportunities were not great. Sound Familiar? Tech & IT doesn’t have to be complicated for you. I’m here to break down complex concepts, offer clear solutions, and provide easy-to-follow guides that empower you to become tech-savvy. There will be no corporate jargon or hidden agendas – just honest opinions, genuine advice, and a whole lot of tech love. My own journey has not yet ended, for it has only just begun! And I’m excited to have you all along for the ride.
